Modern Design and Complete Conference Functioning From The Paoli Overture Collection
ORLEANS, IN, JUNE 2008 — Two market-driven features stand out prominently for the new Overture casegoods collection from Paoli: a mixed-materials aesthetic and technology-driven conferencing components.
Kent Robbins, Paoli Vice President, Marketing, says, “The design details and technology solutions built into Overture appeal to designers and end users, while learning and selling the series is easy for dealers.”
A Modern Wood Aesthetic
Aesthetically, Overture features a modern mix of materials. Rich veneered surfaces in contemporary shapes establish the look with metal details adding a jewel-like quality. Overture tops come in full corner styles and notched corner styles. The notch detail echoes the form of the aluminum base detailing. Notched corner tops include the visual interest of contrasting grain inserts in the center and the borders. Table bases and tops can be specified in different wood finishes for a two-toned look. Available in either cherry or maple, Overture is available in all standard Paoli finishes.
Extensive Conferencing Capabilities Under the Surface
According to Overture’s designer Mark Stenftenagel, the new table series addresses the market need for technology-savvy conference room tables. For this, the design features a large power/data trough transecting the bases under the table top. At up to 12-inches wide, the trough is large enough to hold small video projectors and telecom units, along with a large quantity of wiring. This extensive power and data capability facilitates teleconferencing and intensive laptop training. Easy-access power and data wiring and cables connect up through the table base via removable panels.
In addition, Overture offers Paoli’s largest conference table at 166-inches wide and 54-inches deep.
Comprehensive office and conferencing components and accessories
Overture offers a full model range for offices and conference rooms giving specifiers choices for a variety of applications. Overture table top shapes are: square, video conference V-shape, rectangle, racetrack, round and boat shape. The Overture accessories line includes a hospitality cart, buffet console, lectern, telephone table, buffet credenza, and TV cabinet. There is also a 108-inch media workwall.
