Best of Year Merit Award

Paoli Healthcare's Glider was voted a Merit Award from INTERIOR DESIGN Magazine's Best of Year competition. The magazine presented the award alongside Best of Year awards for project design on November 29 in the ballroom of the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City. The glider features a unique fixed-arm design and integrated motion mechanism. Research revealed that a gliding motion relaxes patients, but they wanted a firm hand-hold to steady themselves when sitting or standing up. The Glider is available in four arm styles.
